Laminated glass is used in a variety of applications. Essentially, laminated glass comprises two or more pieces of glass that are held together by a interlayer. This provides additional safety (the interlayer helps hold the pieces together when broken) and stability. Laminated glass is ideal for instances when the size of the glass does not allow for tempering, when additional safety is required and / or when the glass is forming a structural element of the project (i.e., glass flooring).
Currently, we regularly stock laminated clear glass in: 6mm and 10mm thicknesses, and are able to source other types of laminated glass to meet the needs of your project.
